We
began providing medical transcription service to hospitals
in 1981. Needless to say, much has changed in our industry
since that time. We have seen the migration from
typewriter-generated reports and cassette tape transcription
all the way to highly integrated global transcription
platforms.
Looking back these last 26 years, the journey has not been
easy. I remember when 72-hour discharge summary and 48-hour
operative report turnaround was acceptable. Now, we operate
within a small fraction of that time. Of course, this is
the “electronic age” and what was not possible years ago is
easily achievable today.
Although the medical transcription environment has
redesigned itself many times these past years, one fact
remains ... We are still here! Our focus on integrity
service and customer accountability has never wavered.
If
you are considering our service, please know that our team
will work extremely hard to make your transition easy. We
offer a variety of dictation options as well as the ability
to interface with many different customer systems.

Because we have a U.S.-based transcription company, we may
not be the cheapest but our accuracy and reliability cannot
