SmartMed, LP is Nationwide!
Formerly known as Transcription Solutions, Inc., SmartMed,
LP began providing transcription services in Houston, Texas,
in 1981. The company began as a very typical transcription
service with one exception – we were computerized. Now
remember, this was back in 1981 when most services were
typing on Selectric typewriters, picking up and delivering
tapes. Since that time, every report has been electronically
produced and archived.
Each year we have advanced our technology to meet the
healthcare industry requirements to keep with the demands
and needs of our customers. We have maintained standards to
provide consistency and data quality. Our mission is to
sustain a loyal, lasting, progressive relationship with our
customers as well as our own employees.
For
many years, SmartMed employees have enjoyed the opportunity
